An ESP sizing application for Oil & Gas professionals.
This app is based on the first part of API RP-11S4 mostly for liquids only pumping.
After you enter basic well data (like well number, field), and details about the expected operating conditions (intake pressure, flow rate, fluids properties, tubing size, pump setting depth, water cut), the app will calculate the Total Dynamic Head (TDH) and the required number of stages for your pump based on pump information you enter including Head per Stage.
Once you enter the number of stages you will use, the app will ask you details about your protector and will calculate the required horsepower so you can select a properly sized downhole motor.
Finally the app will calculate the required AWG for your power cable,the number of cable bands you will require for this installation, and the total weight to be supported by the wellhead.
zESP creates a report that you can save and email.
